Order Processing
We will begin processing your order within 24 hours of receipt. You will receive
a letter from our Merchant Account Company letting you know that we have charged
your credit card and for how much. Your order will be shipped from one of our
warehouses typically 1 business day of your order unless otherwise stated.
*Please Note* All customized and hand made
products are made when ordered. This way each item is unique and completely
fresh when you receive your package.
Once your item has been shipped we will email
you with Tracking Information. We want you to know where your order is at all
times.
There is no sales tax for all orders outside of IN.
Our site is hosted through Yahoo which has SECURE pages for your order
processing.
Shipping
Shipping is just $5.00. Order as much or as little as you want and only pay 5.00
for shipping! Our items are shipped via USPS or UPS.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
Most merchandise in our inventory is guaranteed for our customer's 100%
satisfaction, however we are not responsible for the shipping and handling
charges incurred for returning merchandise and we must charge a 15% Restocking
Fee. We will gladly pay the return shipping charges to send a replacement to you
if an incorrect, defective, or damaged item is received, however all return
shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Custom requests and personalized gifts are
unable to be returned.
You have 20 days in which to contact us regarding a return. Please email us for
an RMA Number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA Number. All
merchandise returned must include the original package containing the
merchandise received. Additionally, we do ask that the return shipment be sent
in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials as was
previously used for shipping the merchandise. All returns must be received in
the same condition as when shipped.
